You can explore the mountains on your own or join a guided hike organised by the Saalbach Tourist Board, take a long hike, enjoy a leisurely hike with your family or to an alpine hut, or attempt the 24-km mountain tour "The Seven Summits" – on a summer holiday in Saalbach-Hinterglemm everyone will find the right route for them!

High in the air or fast on the bike, a little bit of everything or much more - this is the motto of the Salzburg Saalbach-Hinterglemm holiday region at the foot of the Kitzbühel Alps. Fun is guaranteed with the tree-top route (Baumzipfelweg) and the Golden Gate bridge of the Alps (“Goldene Brücke der Alpen”), you can enjoy bathing pleasure on a visit in Capt’n Hook's adventure swimming pool, and the 8 km long high rope course in the valley heads will provide plenty of hair-raising moments.
